Use it daily for a month at the moments that count. If nothing changed, we will make it right.

Why contact us first

Mailing something back is usually the slowest way to fix your problem. When you message us we can often settle it on the spot — a replacement or a refund — frequently without asking you to mail anything at all. Returns sent without contacting us cannot be matched to your order, so they cannot be processed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your Kit arrives damaged or wrong, email support@dufelo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video. Once verified we ship a replacement free of charge, and you do not send anything back.

Order cancellations

Cancel within 12 hours of ordering for an immediate full refund. After that the Kit is packed and handed to the carrier, so it can no longer be altered in transit.

The 30-day return

Not happy with your Kit? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

• Step 1 — contact us first. Email support@dufelo.com. We review your order and, if a physical return is needed, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code together with the correct return address.
• Step 2 — if a return is authorized. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Trackable return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a 2% restocking fee applies to voluntary returns.
• Step 3 — ask about the alternatives. A free replacement or store credit can usually be arranged immediately, with nothing to mail.
• Refund timing. Once an authorized return reaches us it is checked, usually within 5–7 business days. After approval the credit reaches your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your group access

Lifetime access to the Decision Fitness Group and the 30-Day Training come with the Kit, not as a separate purchase. If a Kit is refunded, that access ends with it.
