Damaged or Defective Items?
We take pride in our premium craftsmanship, but if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we make it right instantly—with zero return shipping hassle for you.
Simply email our friendly traveler support team at support@dufelo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo/video of the issue. Once verified, we will ship a brand-new replacement bag straight to your door completely free of charge. You do not need to pack or mail anything back to us!
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? No worries. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for an immediate full refund. After 12 hours, your gear is already securely packed and handed over to the global carrier network, so it cannot be altered while in transit.
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not 100% in love with your travel bag, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. To ensure your refund is processed quickly and without delay, please follow our required protocol:
- Step 1 — Contact Support First: To initiate any return or refund, you must always contact us first at support@dufelo.com before shipping any items back. Our team will review your details and issue your official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Please note that packages sent without contacting us first or without an RMA code cannot be tracked or processed for a refund.
- Step 2 — Return Shipment: Once you have your RMA code, you can return the unused product in its original packaging to our corporate facility in Wyoming, USA. Trackable return shipping costs are covered by the customer, and we charge a 2% Restocking Fee.
- Step 3 — Fast-Track Alternatives: Don't want to deal with the post office? When you contact our support team, you can also ask about our hassle-free alternatives, such as instant free replacements or alternative travel gear upgrades, tailored to your convenience.
- Refund Processing: Once your authorized return is delivered and checked at our facility (usually within 5 to 7 business days), your refund will be approved. The credit will reflect on your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days, depending on your bank.
