When will I get my tracking number?

Orders are verified, picked and packed within 1–2 business days. The moment your Kit ships, a confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link is sent automatically to the email you used at checkout.

Can't find it? Check spam and promotions folders, then search your inbox for dufelo.com. Still nothing — email support@dufelo.com with your order number and we will resend it.

Why does my tracking look quiet at first?

  • First 24–48 hours: the carrier network scans the parcel and records its first milestone. A link that looks empty on day one is normal.
  • US delivery: 8–10 business days, door to door, free and tracked on every order.
  • No movement for 5+ days? Message us — we chase the carrier, you don't have to.

Something looks wrong?

Parcel stuck, marked delivered but missing, or damaged in transit? Email support@dufelo.com or WhatsApp +1 (833) 348-3097 with your order number. We reply within 24 hours on business days and resolve it with the carrier directly.
