Free, tracked, and honest about timing.

Every Kit ships free with end-to-end tracking. Here is exactly what to expect, with no rounded-down numbers.

Processing time

Orders are verified, picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Processing is separate from transit. The moment your Kit leaves the fulfillment center, a confirmation email with a tracking link is sent automatically.

Tracking

Every shipment is tracked end to end. Allow 24–48 hours after shipment for the carrier network to scan the parcel and record its first milestone — a tracking link can look quiet for a day before it moves.

Customs and duties

Orders to the United States and Australia do not incur additional import tariffs. For other international destinations, import VAT or local customs duties may apply under national law. These are set by your government, not by us, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email support@dufelo.com straight away — orders move to fulfillment quickly, so there is only a short window to correct one.

If something goes wrong

Parcel stuck, marked delivered but missing, or damaged in transit? Message us with your order number and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement. You do not have to sort it out with the courier yourself.
