Order Processing Time
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for our fulfillment team to securely verify, pick, pack, and hand over your order to our designated shipping carriers.
Please note that processing time is completely separate from transit time. As soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center, a tracking confirmation email will be automatically sent to your inbox.
Estimated Shipping Times
We optimize our logistics networks globally to provide free, dependable transit straight to your destination. Estimated transit windows are as follows:

Tracking Your Order

Please allow 24-48 hours for the postal carrier network to scan the parcel and update the tracking milestones within their online systems.
Customs & Duties
Standard retail orders shipped to the United States and Australia strictly do not incur additional import tariffs or custom fees.
For alternative international destinations (such as specific regions in Europe or Canada), underlying import VAT or local customs duties may apply according to individual national legal codes. These standard regulatory fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
