By using dufelo.com and buying from us, you agree to the terms below. We have kept them short on purpose. The full legal version is our Terms of Service, which governs if the two ever differ.

The essentials

  • You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to order.
  • Prices are in USD and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is what you pay.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order — for example suspected fraud or a pricing error — and will refund you if we do.

The product

The Decision Fitness Kit is a habit tool, not a medical device. It is designed to help you put a deliberate pause between a trigger and your reaction. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition. If you live with a health condition, use it alongside — never instead of — qualified professional care. Individual results vary.

Orders, shipping and returns

Delivery timelines and our 30-day promise are set out in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds pages, which form part of these terms. US delivery is 8–10 business days with free tracked shipping. Returns must be authorized by us first; voluntary returns are subject to a 2% restocking fee and the customer pays return shipping.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site — no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, resell without permission, or infringe our trademarks and content. “Dufelo”, “Decision Fitness”, our logos, copy, images and site design are our intellectual property.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dufelo and Vedatra Enterprises LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
