By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Products and Pricing

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Shipping and Delivery

We are committed to delivering your order promptly. Our estimated order processing time is 1 to 2 business days, and the subsequent shipping transit time is 7 to 12 business days to the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate based on carrier performance and not a strict legal guarantee.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier issues, customs clearance, or high-demand periods. We are not liable for delays that are outside of our direct control. You will be provided with full tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and Refund Policy

Our satisfaction policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your package was officially delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or product replacement.

To initiate any inquiry, return, or refund, customers must always contact our support team first at support@dufelo.com before taking any action or shipping items back. Unauthorised returns sent without a custom Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code will not be tracked or processed. If a physical return is authorised, the travel gear must strictly be unused, in its original packaging, and customers assume responsibility for return shipping coordination. Please note that all voluntary traditional returns are subject to a 2% Restocking Fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, text, graphics, logos, and the "Dufelo" brand name, are and will remain the exclusive property of Vedatra Enterprises LLC and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Vedatra Enterprises LLC.

Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the Site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; (h) to track the personal information of others; or (i) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content or services.

Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Vedatra Enterprises LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In any event, our total liability to you for any and all claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the product(s) in question.
